Rhubarb Crumble recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups of rhubarb, sliced ½-inch pieces.
1 cup of apples, peeled and cubed.
½ cup of strawberries, sliced.
1/3 cup of granulated sugar.
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
½ cup of all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
¼ teaspoon of salt.
4 tablespoons of butter.
2/3 cup of brown sugar, packed.
2/3 cup of quick-cook oats.
Vanilla ice cream, for serving with.

Directions:

Greased an 8-inch square baking dish.

Mix together the sliced rhubarb, apples and strawberries.

Combine the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture, then set aside.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the brown sugar and oats.

Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serve warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
