Rhubarb Cobbler recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups of rhubarb, cut up.
1 cup of sugar.
1 cup of flour.
¾ cup of milk.
2 tablespoons of baking powder.
2 tablespoons of shortening.
1 tablespoon of vanilla.
Dash of salt.
1 cup of sugar.
1 cup of hot water.
Directions:
Mix together the rhubarb, 1 cup of sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, shortening, vanilla and salt; pour into 8*8*2-inch pan.
Pour other 1 cup of sugar and hot water over top, then mix together.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes.
