Baked Rhubarb recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of rhubarb, finely diced.
2 cups of firmly packed fresh breadcrumbs, torn by hand.
1 cup of granulated white sugar.
½ cup of melted butter.

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Mix the rhubarb, breadcrumbs and sugar.

Add the melted butter.

Spread in a baking pan.

Bake for about 40 minutes.

Serve either warm or cool.
